As the host of this herbal tea party, I understand and agree to the following terms:

Voluntary Hosting Agreement
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily hosting this herbal tea party in my home or chosen location, and I am responsible for ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.

Educational Purpose Only
I understand that Deb Lewis will be presenting herbal teas and information solely for educational purposes. This information is not intended as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and guests should consult their healthcare provider for any personal health concerns.

Assumption of Risk for Guests
I am aware that consuming herbal teas or using natural products may involve potential risks, including allergic reactions or individual sensitivities. All products will be labeled with the ingredients. I acknowledge that all guests participate in sampling teas and other products voluntarily and at their own discretion.

Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Deb Lewis, Heart Rock Healing & A-Pawthecary, and any representatives involved in this event from any liability, claims, or damages arising from the tea party, including any injury, illness, or adverse effects experienced by myself, my guests, or anyone at the event.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deb Lewis, Heart Rock Healing & A-Pawthecary, and all event representatives from any claims or actions resulting from hosting this event in my home or chosen location.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made accordingly.

Agreement
I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver of liability and release of claims.
