1. Click on the “Let’s Shop” button to access our shopping cart page
2.Select Items and quantities. If the quantity shows “0” in the inventory, that just means we will make the product to order. Go ahead and order as many as you would like!
3. Discounts will be calculated after checkout and will be noted in your invoice.
4. Once you send your order, you will receive an email and invoice.
5. Once you are happy with your invoice, reply with your payment selection and if you would like to pick your order up locally or have it shipped. Shipping rates will then be added. Please Note: For security reasons, if you are paying with a credit card, a Heart Rock Healing representative will call you to safely collect the information.
6. Once payment is received, we’ll carefully package up your order and get it shipped via USPS as quickly as possible, normally within 1 – 3 business days.
Heart Rock Healing's Return Policy
- Defective items are always returnable for refund or replacement and must be returned within 3 days for refund or exchange. If you can’t get into the Cabin, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request that you send photos.
- Non-consumables: Undamaged and unopened items returned with receipt within 7 days of purchase will be refunded or exchanged for full price.
- Consumables Sorry, We Can’t Accept Returns Consumable items. These items include but are not limited to: Teas, Tinctures, Glycerites, Honey, Herbs, Chocolate, Sugar Scrubs, etc.
As a small business owner, please understand that time and materials are a substantial cost to my business. In Most Cases: Shipping cost will remain the responsibility of the purchaser. The exception to this is items that must be returned due to damage or incorrect items when returned within 3 days.
